The majority of our stoves are supplied with a 125mm diameter flue spigot to suit the requirements of the UK. Every woodburning and multifuel model is smoke exempt allowing you to burn wood in smoke controlled areas. They are all EcoDesign Ready meaning you are investing in some of the cleanest, most efficient, low carbon stoves to provide you with sustainable heat.

Survey

TLC offer a FREE home survey to check that the stove or fire you have chosen is the right one for you and your home.

Installation

Your new stove or fire will be installed according to the current regulations by one of our HETAS or Gas Safe Engineers.

Aftercare

TLC offer a full after sales service, including gas fire and wood stove servicing, chimney sweeping and firewood delivery.
